Hi to all!! kindly give me an advice , I bought this blackberry z10 last month , for me this is perfect smart phone cause the specs so amazing and like other comment this is very good phone except for the battery life I do charged the unit 3times a day even I will not use for the games or even internet hardly and I do a research I found out that the battery specs is only about 1800mAH compared to BBz30 that 2880mAH that’s why there is no complain about battery life in z30 and like other brand of smartphone they used up to 3000mAH of battery,,my question is can any have battery that over 1800mAH that could be compatible to my unit z10 coz I think this is the reason why my cp z10 is drained battery in a couple of hours..thank you to all u guys hope I can get for answer of these.

Hey I am facing problem of auto switching off with my new BlackBerry z10 and its occuring after updating my cell with 10.1 os which was about 92mb.
Help me to solve this out.

I had the same problem my phone started switching off automatically after the updating of software 10.2.1.2941 92 mb.
I will suggest you to remove the battery, sim,memory card for more than six hours then fix all the things and full charge it.
If it wont works repeat it 3-5 times.

so dont get into all things, you will be wasting time and money....
simply buy INTERNET plan and enjoy Z10...
