Hi everyone
Can someone help me I am having blackberry Z10 and from one month I have battery problem when I charge it shows battery full at 74% if I remove the battery and hold power button for 10 second and reinstall the battery and switch on the Z10 it shows 100% I have already done reset by doing security wipe but still same issues
Can someone tell how to fix it and permanent solution for it

swathi, 19 Jun 2014frz plz tel about the battery,camera clarity.battery is ok like other phones available in market, Camera is also good along with Time shift feature (unique one)
one point to add hear is , blackberry is coming up with features in next OS release 1) device wake up on lift 2) when you put phone face down on flat suface it will go in battery saving mode. ( these two features are not available in any phone in market)

if you go for other models that may create problem while updating OS or patch from mobile service provider and also you will not get warrenty in india for other models...

so logically doesnt make any difference for you...

Dear Atul Shah c... moreHi Feroz, Box icon is for cloud computing, what you can do is, you create account with Box and start copying your important files to box those you requires very often, and side by side download box client from box site, and install it on desktop or laptop,now whatever you had copied on the phone will come to Desktop client folder and vise versa
in simple, one file you can use it from multiple devices,
according to me this is very useful features. I found dropbox ( available icon in Blackberry 10) is better than box.
one more thing if you configure Dropbox, it will show you in file manager along with Devices memory and external memory.
there are so many option available in market,like google drive, MS one drive, sugersunc etc

raj, 19 Jun 2014guys can we use normal data plans for this blackberr y z10... moreRaj, you dont need BB data plan which were for old bb handset like curve, bold, all new blackberry handset like z10, z30, q10 work on normal data plan like any other handset.

can we have the BIS as well for the Z10 phone rather then using data bundles they are very expensive or a service similar to the BIS.
