Volume levels are slightly more than average. I would recommend buying 3rd party headphones from beats, skull candy or any other company.

Disappointing thing is the battery life of bb-z10. you'll be disappointed with this phone. Only by this the phone is at an affordable price and still not worth the money they ask for it. But who wants to have a top of the range smartphone, and is available to do the bare minimum to use it z10 is the best option for the price they ask. Always keep in mind that the battery drains too quickly, the person who buy this phone will have something good in their hand but will not be able to get the full potential in the advertised specifications of the phone because it is always running out of battery.

My BlackBerry z10 not charging to 100% nd always shows battery full indicater on 89%..however battery lasts whole day... nd however it was charging to 100% till last week..nd now I gt one more problem When trying to charge my Z10 using the USB charger that came with the phone, it takes a few seconds to connect and then a red exclamation mark shows up on the battery icon..anyone having the same problem??? If yes then do let me know if its a battery problem or charger or hardware or software issue...my BlackBerry z10 running on latest os 10.2.1.2941...I dnt think it a software issue bcz I was having the same problem on older os too....:(

This is a very nice phone but the LINK software sucks at everything, it does not work in WIN XP. There is no problem in the phone but this poses serious issues while backing up and transferring files.

Hi Guys, I like the specification of this phone. Moreover, it is available only at 18000/- or below while it was claimed @43000/- when this was launched.
Now I am confused why the price dropped to a very low level? Does this mobile has serious issues about any functioning? Please guide me whether to buy this mobile?
