[deleted post]Z 10 is business class phone. it has total different expirence, keyboard, Hub, quick email, Toast notification, quick setting, shift mode in camera etc.
I bet Z 10 is better than any other phone...

Updated my Z10 to 10.2.1.2941 now and still no option to sign out of or disable BBM. This is too frustrating, and too bad because i really like BB10 OS but i dont feel i can trust this phone anymore, forcing people into unwanted chat networks is very abusive behavior by BB.

What you are experiencing is that your video files are using unsupported codecs for audio or video stream, and then it will not play no matter the resolution.
You can try to download other Full HD video files and see for yourself that many of them will play flawlessly in Z10.

Can't play full hd videos. I love using blackberry but blackberry z10 can't play full hd videos,if you have to play full hd videos then you have to convert every video befor watchin it, thats boring. Even some low budget phone does supports full hd, well thats shame.

For now thats the most serious privacy issue, and googles privacy violations is the main reason why i stopped using Android and cant shake the feeling that BlackBerry also have the same disease, i really dont appreciate being forced to be a BBM user. And im also hoping for a way to disable or uninstall other unwanted preinstalled apps.
So, can you check if BBM has a signout option in the new version?
