Yes ebay sells used phones. They actually import phones from some other countries repair them and send with seller warranty.
I bought Z10 from snapdeal with sealed box @ 20000 INR with 18 months blackberry warranty.
Choice is yours.
But be safe and buy original

While opening Camera on my Z 10.. it's throwing. Camera can't be started error..

i loved blackberry mobiles n using it since so many years but this year i have experienced some bad things. my Q5 and Z10 both got a battery problems and network problems with it and unfortunately i don't want to risk my money again at blackberry mobiles...i bought these mobiles with soooooo excitment i wish i could have changed my mind to some other mobiles...blackberry by for ever u r responsible for my losses and i thank u for that.i will n im stopping all friendz not to risk their money at ur mobiles.its my mission now atleast to effect ur sale by any means just to give u some loss that will not recover my loss but i will really be satisfied

Extreme data usage is caused by the facebook application that tends to want to download the entire internet.
Disable or uninstall app.
I have since loaded opera mini android onto the z10 and it uses minimal data.

I have bought z10 2 months ago. And it's working great. If u want to use android app then u can do it without any problem just do one thing download 1 mobile market app and use all most all android app..
