As per Indian govt norms, blackberry opened option in India only to use normal internet pack for all purpose like mail, massenger. Browsing etc.
So u can buy this mobile. I m too using it

I have bought Blackberry Z10 2 week a ago. i don't have any issue with battery back-up or camera or device issue... the phone is superb.. now its available for just 13,551 in ebay. try it. but only limited android apps will run and you have to pay for apps. If you are using it for business purpose then its the best cell phone...

AnonD-248225, 07 May 2014I have got the phone... first impression is awesome.... I a... moreDownload SNAP .bar file.
Then search for BB playbook and BB 10 extension for chrome.
Once the extension is installed, on yur device enable developer mode.
Go to settings-> security and privacy- Developer mode on and set device password.
Once the developer mode is on you will find IP of the device. and make a note of it.
connect your device with cable and open chrome,
enter https://IP address of device. and click on i understand and proceed
enter the device password.
you will find a tap to install app.
Select the downloaded SNAP.bar and ok...
This will be the process to sideload any bar file.
