lumia 720 is wrost phone. Blackberry z10 is better than the nokia limia 720

Hey guys. I have successfully installed the new BlackBerry OS 10.2.1.2102 i checked google of what are the improvements but there are no specific information why do we need to install this new version. However i noticed that it will extend your battery lifespan, i didn't also feel that its over heating. And the android apps run flawlessly. You will see the difference after the you installed it. I'm very happy with the new OS thanks BlackBerry. You must install this new OS. Rest assured you won't regret it.

1. While unboxing what is the version of the device? Is it 10.2 or 10.1?
2. Users say that it supports Android apps. Without updating to 10.2 , is it possibe to install Android app?
3. I am from India can I use Blackberry store in India ? And can I get lot of free apps in Blackberry store or I have to depend upon Android apps for that?
4. In Blackberry store can I get free video player that could play all kind of formate witout any lag? Or I have to depend upon Android apps for that too?
5. Can I get games like asphalt8, temple run 2 and subway surfers in Blackberry store or I have to depend on Android apps for that too?
6. Does it have any hardware problem?
7. Does it have over heating problem abnormally like nokia Lumia?
8. Does Blackberry store have all kinds of apps?
without updating is all these possible?
9. Can I get Android apps without updating it to version 10.2.1?
10. How is the battery life for rough and moderate use.
11. I am from India. Can I use artel 3g and 2g plan here?

Hi guys!! due to the price drop to about Rs. 17900 I'm seriously planning on buying Z10. However, only thing I'm worried about is....how is its video playback capability with regard to 1080p files. I heard on some sites that it struggles with .avi or mkv container files. Is there alternative videoplayer on BB app store available (as in android we have mxplayer and bsplayer in case stock vid player fails)?
I currently have samsung galaxy tab 2 and it is superb with respect to video files up to 1080p. All possible formats (especially movies) play without effort. From chipset point of view of course Z10 is vastly superior but was worried about just playback of files as some ppl are saying it does not contain the codecs. In android also many phones do not have codecs but once we install other videoplayer like mxplayer it gets installed and we can play. Insight on this will be appreciated..thanks.
