Hi dennis thanks fr ur reply anyways ive installed snap on ma z10..but this is all about updates remember updates on snap or playstore including security updates will be with regards to android and not blackberry so this is what u shud be aware of

Till today I have no any problem.its look like aew one.while I droped it many time very strong hardware and software.never hang never heat never feel memory problem.i think no any one mobile beat it.i using 4 mail service is same time.android is a worst mobile only one email use and alwase hang.thanks BlackBerry.

1) Run 2G if you are just texting
2) off location service
3) off blue tooth
4) screen brightness
5) turn off nfc
list goes on...

If you mostly message, communicate via email and phone then this is a viable phone.
In fact you will get it a price point that is cheap and will knock the socks off all other phones in that price range.

I have use bb z10 stl 100-1 since feb 2014.Until now still working like new...already update 10.3 software.no problem at all.minor problem only battery backup,but can resolve after carrying power bank together.never hang,never lag.wifi receiver very good signal also good.no bug no virus....but when talk about apps...yes not many as android can offer..for user like me more than enough.internet browser very fast .camera also good can beat 13 mp android phone.for selphie also more than enough...body very strong never crack ,so many times i dropped it.Easy to keep in the pocket and easy to hold,..if anybody intrested with this phone go for it...ask your self...for what you want to use.....all phone got pros and cons...made by human not ferfect at all....
