Good day, I have a blackberry z10, and I can't remember my blackberry id and password, I can't do anything unless I enter my details, the anti-theft protection feature is on, and I can not bypass that, please help

Say sorry for your stupid advise about not to buy this phone....

Heating too much, I use it like heating pad for back pain, I do hot massage by this phone. Battery backup really sucks. In winters connect your phone to wifi or start the data pack it will keep your blanket warm (actually you dont need warm cloth if you have one z10). Not a good battery backup. Buy this phone only if you have guts to charge in every 3 hours.
Only 40% android applications are supported and too works very slow. Amazon app store is really damn shit, you will not find a single usefull application. I dont know why BlackBerry has provided his own app store i.e. BlackBerry world, all useless applications you will find in BlackBerry world.
At the end I will say dont go for this phone, dont go for BlackBerry only. Better to buy xolo or lava instead buying this shit.
