ohmz_zq, 15 Jan 2014M nt sure if its software update based or not,m running 10.... moreI am using the updated version of software 10.2.0.424 on my phone.
The issue is still there. I had 6 successive calls to the same number. When I long pressed the contact name in the log it showed the name multiple times, time duration was shown on the last call, the previous ones were missed. That was ok.
But after that, it did not show this kind of thing again. Now I press it, it doesn't show anything, no call duration, not even lists number multiple times in the side menu. The call duration is not there on any calls. I don't know whether I only not see it Or it doesn't exist.

I recently bought BB Z10, have held it for four days only. This is the my first smartphone. Am still learning the use and exploring the options.
I find this phone Very nice and efficient. It has a good size and sharp & clear display. It has ready options and easy access to all the functions and the data. I like it very much.
So far, I observe that the call log on this phone is detailed but the duration of calls I couldn't find anywhere. Can someone help, if that thing exists.

Actually z10 is a good phone but lack n outdated apps cost BlackBerry a lots to compete with ios n android.

Hope latest os update will links all android apps with BlackBerry Hub

First of all, it is almost half a year newer to the S3, which means it will be supported longer. The OS is truly innovative and is better in performance than Android. With the latest OS 10 versions on the Z10, you can even run Android apps, so there is really nothing holding you back. I would say go for the Z10, and if it's in your price range, the Z30.

I experie... moreHi Chandra, the first 24-48 hours after installing a new OS version always have a faster discharge. The new OS version does a lot of syncing, background configuration, learning your typing style, etc. A day or two after upgrading the OS, you'll notice the same or most likely better battery runs. Don't go back to the older version. BB is improving the battery life with every subsequent version.
