Absolutely no issue with battery nor with the device. Just a piece of advice, i recommend drain battery first and then charge fully. Do not put into charging mode even if you have 20% juice left.

bought this phone about 3 weeks ago, its awesome! love evrything about it, its quick an responsive, a bit pricey but worth it all! no makor problame with the phone, very minor glitches which is to be expected with a brand new operating system, am sure in time the updates will fix dem! n for those who are asking about skype it will be released soon. there is also a android emulator of some sort blackberry is working on which will expand the app market alot!

Hi Guys. Some people have been wondering what is happening with Skype on the new Z10. Well, I have been doing some research on the web and this is what I have come up with.
As most of you you know Blackberry is about to launch the q10 after recently lecently launching the Z 10. When the z10 was launched it came with the OS v 10.0 which, as we know, came with some flaws. To their credit, Blackberry were very quick to pick up on this and they are about to release the BB OS 10.1. This will probably be released at the same time as the Q10. (Or so they say)
My research also discovered that the new Q10 is going to have the new OS v 10.1 installed on it. You may be wondering where Skype fits in. Well, Skype needs the new BB OS v 10.1 in order to run the android app. This is why it is not yet available on the Z 10. I have also discovered that Skype for Blackberry will be available at launch on the new Q10. The reason for this is that it already has v 10.1 installed on it. I am assuming that future Z10 phones will also be shipped with 10.1 instead of 10.0. As for the phones that have already been shipped, they will have to be upgraded to OS 10.1 before Skype will run on the Z10.
Why didn't BB have the Z 10 ready for Skype at its launch. I am afraid I don't have the answer for that.
Only BB will be able to answer that.

is there a skype or video call for ym for z10? because i tried to use ym video call, message appear that i have to install the software for this ym video call. does it have in bb application world? thanks..

Purchased Z10 3 weeks ago. This is the worst mobile I have ever purchased. Defective/battery life 5 -10 minutes and data has gone twice including Emails. No service from black berry also and I am planning to buy a new smart phone. BE careful and just dont waste yr money.

I have a Blackberry Z10 Handset.I bought this handset for BBM & BIS but this handset is very very very bad.Sometimes this handset can't show the EDGE in capital and sometimes it can't provide Network signal.Sometime when I am going to access GPRS It's beeing hang.So I request those guys who wants to buy Blackberry Z10 Plz Plz forget this dream its worthless.
