i got the Z10 but its failing topick up the mobile network. the data services is showing on but no mobile network, any ideas on how i can go about it? i went to the service provider but they couldn't help as well.

This was working perfectly before, even downloaded apps, and now won't even open though I keep getting notifications of update for some apps.:(

down, 23 Apr 2013I have a problem with Blackberry WorldIf your app world is not opening and you are seeing that circle moving then you will have to security wipe your device and then reconfigure it. it will resolve this issue. Things will get better on Z10 after news OS updates :)

but ..I really like a phone with a big screen also touch screen I'm not so fond of the buttons so I need to ask you any of you suggest the BlackBerry Z10 if yes y, if no y as well what other fne do you suggest I use ?

I an disappointed with blackberry z10, although the UI is okay, the appstore has very limited apps, basic apps such as Skype, vibe are not available, I know these apps will come soon but the last month without these apps shows how far blackberry lags to its competitors.

ARD, 22 Apr 2013I am planning to switch to BB10 from my BB7 but my concer... more2G will still give you access to EDGE speeds, which are fine for text-based activities. I am using the Z10 in the US on a 4G network, and in the absence of that, still get my work done over basic EDGE/2G speeds.

I am planning to switch to BB10 from my BB7
but my concern is since its a high end phone will it need 3G/LTE most of the time? cause with older BB even with 2G you can do all your stuff
I travel a lot and sometimes 2G is the only network available

Ahmed, 15 Apr 2013i am using bb z10 from last 30 days and i found it very goo... moreIt become warm when you use to much 3G data or when playing games usually. I got it warms few times but understood why. I don't use it for gaming. but Youtube or when downloading it becomes warm.
Try to use Wifi for that.
