this is according to user... moreThis is obvious that u dont know anything about mobile. And you are going to purchase this mobile double of market price . This phone is far behind frm iphone and android . I think you have much money but less mind. Here some reasons why i am saying-
1-This is dual core mobile-samsung,htc,sony all high end mobiles have a quad core.
2-market price is too much
3-small screen size just 4.2
4-phone hang,heat and bugs issues
5-app market is bad even common apps are not in the market.
6-battert just 1800 mah. samsung s3 was 2100 mah and s4 is going to be 2600mah.
7-gesture based os difficult to use.
my brother bought and sold it after using one month and stick with iphone. vender even not ready to buy half of the price.

It has not been a month i had purchased Z10 and I am facing a issue with the phone when i am emailing them they are not responding with answer, yesterday when i had went to service centre the response I got was that they will replace the phone in 8 days. Blackberry really sucks after sale service. please dont buy Z10.

Where to start.
If you have had one, I'm sure you have sent it back already. I have had touch screen before getting a bold thus the reason for a black berry.
I recieved the Z10 and will be honest, appearance is great, size is great, opperating speed is great as well as the clarity on the screen.
But, the battery life is shocking and needs to stay on charge almost all day. It kept loosing signal and I was forced to remove the battery after almost every fourth call to reboot it. Overall, It was gladly collected by my provider and I await my good old faithful ''BOLD''.
Deffinately a phone that will dissapoint you.

I just hope you will not get the defected one because some are complaining.

Maybe a software update might fix this one?

Mine took only less than a hour.

this is according to users. i appreciate this phone more than your trashy android and more than my iphone.
yeah, 1800mAh but mine is lasting more than a day.
frankly speaking, i don't own an android phone but i tried using one and i just don't like it and i will not even accept an android powered phone even if it is given to me free.
to tell u this, if this phone's price is double the price in the market with my experience to the phone, it'll be worth it. :)

Ahmed, 15 Apr 2013i am using bb z10 from last 30 days and i found it very goo... moreHeating is normal. Wont harm your phone. Reason you feeling back cover warm due to very thin back cover. The heating problem will eventually wear away after few more updates. Cheers!

I'll be getting mine today. I was trying to decide between the Bold 9900 and the Z10. I have now decided and I hope I'm making the smart choice. LoL. :)

Actually, I'll be getting mine today. I went window shopping yesterday because I had it in mind to either get the Curve 9360, the Bold 9900 or the BlackBerry Z10. The prices seemed friendly enough. LoL. After further consultation with my friends who already own the phone, I have decided to go for the Z10. I hope I'm making the smart choice. :)

I absolutely love this phone, coming from both s3 and iPhone 4s, for me it's the best phone ive ever owned. I don't need my phone to win the specs race with useless features but rather a phone that delivers a fast and efficient UI without needing to add useless specs that are only necessary on those phones bc of lack of fluidity in the Android UI. Have no regrets and not looking back! 10/10
