i cant sign in to the blackberry id,everytime it showing password incorrect.i done the password change and all.but it is not opening.so i cant upgrade my apps

Guys plz help me plz..
In my z10 I changed the number in whatsapp and then move again to my opd number,i lost all my history of msg,it was more imported to me...I tried to get them back but got fail every time...I reinstalled whatsapp but i'd no restore option...plz guys help me what should I do????

Been using this phone for 3 years now. I love it so much! Will never sell it. Will use it forever even if I buy another phone.

hi, im bbz10 user, I love the device till now, its a simple system, btw the system already opdated to latest OS, the layout and funtion is totally different with they show on the picture above, that is the old version OS, love the new one.

hi guys,
im use this cellphone since end 2014, till now just fine.didnt give me any problem. plus I love the function as well, ie: email, social media, as compare samsung. my first cellphone is blackberry since I was 12yo. but I decide to buy the new one in 2014, I still choose BlackBerry. its bbz10, its going fine to me.

That mobile drains battery and heating so much.to solve this problem.backup your pone device.and go to settings and go to security wipe and erase date using blackerry.ur phone become restarted and then pbm will be solve...
