select windows 8 pc
install BlackBerryDesktopSoftware_1.2.0.52_B59
connect your phone to your pc automatically it wll detect your phone.
reload the os and your phone shows green light. it may take 2-3 hrs
then your done.BB is best easy to use.cheers

AnonD-287042, 13 Dec 2015i attamp security wipe on z10 , it took 24 hrs for 98% and ... morejst interrupte it, it will show a error code, then connect it on your Computer and open blackberry link then it will show reload the software it will take less than 15 minutes to reload the software

It's so hard to find any phone in the midrange price point that can match this communication device. All you need is a spare battery and you're good to go because remember - you have ability to swap out batteries. It is good value on the second hand market - dirt cheap, 4g ready, good size. It's making it very hard to upgrade to the new handsets because it is that good.

Hi,
Recently I am getting an error while playing the media files. The YouTube videos, when trying to play, only plays it for a second and stops. Even after tapping the play button, the same thing happens, it plays the file only for 1 second. Same thing with Twitter and Facebook files.
The downloaded videos on Whatsapp are getting played but without any sound.
I am using Z10 for more than a year and never faced this issie, also I haven't channel anything on my phone from the last time I used to play these files, so can someone please help in this.

freakin awesome phone!!!! bought it second hand. my best friend has an apple i6 and he is so impressed with my z10..MY SISTER HAS A BRAND NEW SONY M4 AQUA AND EVEN SHE WANTS A Z10 NOW. batt life is great too..and i do A LOT on my phone..bbm,whatsapp,grindr,internet,youtube,music,taking pics EVERYDAY..it always last a full day. pity mine got stolen tonight...im xtremely xtremely sad. already lookin for another one

I have used all brands of mobile..but i have to admit Blackberry is one of the best brand...though its not so friendly...But Blackberry rocks....still i am using Z10..

I love my z10, easy to use, fab keyboard. And frequent updates
