,battery problem,picture qu... moreDisagreeing. I am the owner of the Blackberry Z10. All you have said is a blue lie. Blackberry Z10 is the best handset you would get. The weak area of Blackberry Z10 is the battery. But I think it s just like any other handset in this category. After Blackberry 10 was updated early this year Amazon umbrella market was introduced into Blackberry 10. With Amazon you are able to access thousands of Android apps just like all the Android smartphone. Blackberry Z10 is great device out there except that the battery is small.

Best mobile ever.
Working with good performance since 2013. I bought iPhone 6s a week ago. Comparing the operating system bb os 10 is the best in the world.
Silly iPhone with navigation in the upper part of the screen very far and enforce the use of your both hands. Email is not as user friendly as that of the bb. Cannot adjust snooz time of the alarm. No SMS delivery report. File system is not accessible and you will never be able to export your SMS what's app to any other device but a similar iPhone. Generally, blackberry z10 is the best. I bought a new battery bundle and put my iPhone to sale.
The only problem of blackberry ever is the battery. Blackberry shall not stop os10 sets since it is the best and the size of z10 is the best and super device.

The reason your Z10 hangs is because you have staffed it too much with those endless internet apps.
Some of these apps are not trust worthy with the handset.after you install them they use too much of the handset's processor throuhg mobile data which is always left on and this will cause your handset to generate too much heat resulting to endless hanging or switching itself on and off.
Delete some of the internet apps loaded into your handset especially the ones you do not use. Set your data mobile settings in such a way that it is not always stay turned on.
If you are not on internet go to your network settings and turn off your data mobile connections. This way your Z10 is not going to hang or swicth on and off on its own!

Overstaffing of the smartphone with all the lousy internet apps overload the memory resulting to the instability of the functioning of the programmes. It is the reason the Blackberry z10 has the tendency of switching itself on and off.
Some of these apps are not compatible with your smartphone,therefore be carefull not to download every app you have seen your Android smartphone friend has on his/her handset. Many of these apps are games they are not productive apps and they are strongly associated with Android based smartphones.
Therefore grow up and be not like a school kid when you see this app you want to download, this will damage your handset.
Be extra extra careful when it comes downloading apps

If the update is due you do not erase the basic OS and then go to the new update. You made a fatal error. In fact you have broken the handset beyond repair you would be fortunate if they will help you except your guarantee is still active. Again if they may found out that you formatted the handset and then you updated into new OS,they may return your handset unattended

i am using bb z10, i got a alert of new software,,i updated.then after updation i deleted data..it took appox. 12 to 14 hrs..now after erasing data when m restating it,,,it shows bb10-0015 error ,i tried reloading frm my pc...not succeeded...then i brought to bb service center....they were also not able to help....any one can sujjest,what shd i do now??????

I am using z10 since 2 years with 4 batteries changed.with all of them phone shut down any time after 7-8 hours with 20-30% battery remaining. Now I get battery from UK amazon store. Its really amazing... 22-24 hrs back up with normal usage...(wifi on) its lyk second life.

Hi
In September when Blackberry rolled out the 2nd Blackberry OS update, I could not update my Z10 due to some technical glitches. My handset could not startup at all. If it had happened to start up it would rivert back to starting up and would make me to wait untill forever.
Therefore I had to take it to the retailer shop so that it is repaired because it is still covered by a two year guarantee. As you are reading this readers opinion I am a new proud owner of the Blackberry Z10. I was taken aback when an Indian consultant told me that they have given me a new Z10. My old troublesome Blackberry Z10 was replaced with a brand new Z10 and I am crazy with happiness.
But the reason I am on this forum is not because of the new handset I was given by Vodacom South Africa, but I like to say something regarding the 2nd Blackberry OS update. On the 23rd December I was at the restaurant dowloading the current OS update. The size of the file is 387MB in size and it has two stages to download from the air.
And buddies it is an excruciating experience downloading and updating this software. It happens very slow make sure you do not disturb the process. I sat in the restaurant downloading the file 120 and some minutes waiting for the process to take place. It was a bit tiring and you must be patient. But finally you do come to and end of updating.
Comparing the two updates the former update was huge in size, I still remember it was two gigabytes with two stages to follow for the download to complete.
And after finishing updating the former update my handset took into a different Blackberry. There was a huge difference, many new features were added and introduced into handsets when it was being updated. The way the handset starts up was really a step up compared than before, the addition of the Amazon app and the Opera Mini into Blackberry 10 really placed Blackberry 10 devices equivalent to Android smartphones.
I am not impressed with the latest update. The time taken to update the handset is long and killing but the end results of sitting that long are tiny to notice. Only the second Amazon app white in colour is added up during updating the software. That is why I am saying the file to download is small yet you spend long time updating the handset and avoiding mistakes to never happen.
Anyway thanks very much from the Canadian mobile phone company, they are prepared to meet the needs of their Blackberry fans, Blackberry 10 is different, is unique efficient and very smart to utilize. If you are a smart person and need a great handset to own stay with Blackberry10. I like Blackberry 10, the thing is I am disappointed in Blackberry Organization to desert her own wonderful platform software and decided to join Android.
All they had to do was to revizit the drawing board and fix those minor bugs which are within Blackberry OS 10. BuT with my Blackberry Z10 I am satisfied and an Android user feels envy about my Z10 updated twice in 2015

i bet u'll hate Blackberry phones.. :)
