I have a z10 and really love some of the features. I love that all my notifications are in the hub. I love the clear crisp screen resolution. It is easy to use. Swipe up to get to apps, then tap to open. Can minimize and have several apps open at the same time. I am a little disappointed tho with the apps in today's world... either iphone or android. Blackberry has their own apps, but that is limited. My banking requires a iphone or android. I heart radio the same and so on. (Reason the Priv has caught my eye.) And I am very displeased with the battery life.... 5 hours. I don't like middle of the night charging times.

Same here, cut sticker paper, 2 layers at bottom of battery to tighten. No more reboots

shan, 01 Nov 2015it switches off on it own and reboot on it own had the phon... moreYes. Your battery is loose. Take thin cardboard or plastic and wedge the battery so it wont move. Put the cover back on. No more reboots. Been there done that.

Allow time to complete the process by itself, don't intervene. Then update to 10.3.1.2474, it will also take time, and remember not to interrupt the process in any way. The Phone will restart and will become as new.

My z10 is getting switched off by itself.. after getting off I had to do hardreset.. its frustating to me.I gave it to local shop he said that after flashing n latest os update the problem will be solved but no use of those things.. the same is continuing now..again I went to him now he is saying tht its battery problem buy another battery.. am getting confused tht is it a software issue or battery problem..but battery dint became fat how can I confirm its a battery problem?? plz guys help am in trouble .. thnx

RM1802, 27 Oct 2015I am using Z10 since more thn one year though d phone is go... moreMy BlackBerry Z10 had not sound off, but it was battery drain much. For battery drains fast it is the mAh was small, 1.800 only.

dps, 13 Oct 2015In my blackberry z10 ringtone not working,only vibrating mo... moreI too face d same problem, the sound goes off automatically and ringtones won't work, can't listen to music, keypad sound too goes off and it comes again on its on after few days... dis is happening since I bought dis device. The battery life is too bad have to charge 3-4 times a day.

I am using Z10 since more thn one year though d phone is good I face certain issues like I have to charge it for 3-4 times a day. I am on WiFi or Data usage 24x7. And d call log records only 3 days record, any idea how to extend it.
Also my device sound goes off automatically and comes after few days... though dis phone is very good for emailing and dng office stuff..
