I am using Z10 since more thn one year though d phone is good I face certain issues like I have to charge it for 3-4 times a day. I am on WiFi or Data usage 24x7. And d call log records only 3 days record, any idea how to extend it.
Also my device sound goes off automatically and comes after few days... though dis phone is very good for emailing and dng office stuff..

I had sent it back to the manufacturer because this and it had come back the same But the lads in the 02 shop were true to their word

Its frustrating that my z10 keeps on restaring itself many no of times.. I cant use it continously.. during normal use it suddenly gets stucked and screen gets blured and slowly the cel gets switched off nd it tries to restart but gets stucked to reload BlackBerry logo.. how to solve this problem.. this is a big headache for me. Currently am using 10.3.1.997.. plz help me to solve this problem guys

After 10.3 update, I will say that this is the best. Works so smoothly and now almost all important apps for me are available

Awesome phone !! I have been using this for the past one and half years and I have not faced any problems till date. Its quick, browser speed is good, have enough memory and if you want more, you can expand it upto 64GB. Has never hanged and love this phone so much. Thanks a lot Blackberry !!!

But problem is that there are lot of defected pieces roaming in market, which company had sold in price of water... you should be careful while buying z10

Hey guys once my z10 restarted automatically and than its won't starting..while butting it up it stops at 99% loading (while power it on--seeing bb logo n 1 to 100) it stops at 99%..since 30 hours it is at 99%..even not connecting with bb link..any suggestion??

Very good for extreme net usage. I stay actively online 15/16 hrs a day and it has never betrayed me. I admit os 10.2.xxxx was very very problematic and I had to give my phone to the service center for a couple of times, but ever since 10.3.1 and now 10.3.2 it works like a charm for past one year. Android apps consume much battery, but I rarely play games. Basically battery service is not all that bad, I have nothing to complain of it, it downloads fast, open Web page fast,plays videos nicely, never hangs..what more do I want?? BlackBerry always provides solid hardware to its handsets, so guys if you are having any problems, first update the software to the latest version. I'm on Vodafone 3g with stl100-1 with 10.3.2.2474.Thanks.

Really Very problematic phone...think Moto G3rd gen. is better for camera,OP system,etc...

sam, 15 Oct 2015It's simply irritating phone just want to bang on the wall no you are wrong.this mobile has no any problem.i am using its from last 2 year never face any problem.i am using 10.3.1 os.never hang. best handset for official. thanks BlackBerry.
