i got my blackberry 2 weeks ago and after i use it a day i got nothing to do with it just text, call and facebook, it got no signal? And it heats really high!..
Ive return it on the store where i bought it for a refund, but then they address me to bb service center for warranty. And i ask for a new one, and they wont! They say i wil wait for a week until now they say wait again for 1 week.. The blackbery that i got was defective.

I love this phone! :) just accept the fact that this phone is much better than your phone..
*before I used this phone... I used bb9800 upgrade to iphone4S,transfer to samsung s3...

Just sent my z10 back after 1 week of pain. Why have BB removed features to dumb down to the level of the competition. No sync with outlook, so you have to use gmail (or similar) to store contacts online, push mail is not fully supported for gmail and btinternet. I did get push mail working with my own domain name email. the minimum pull interval is 15 minutes! The swipe actions keep getting stuck, so you end up swiping your phone repeatedly like some crazed loon to get out of an application. BB are abandoning their loyal customers (I have had 2 BBs over 3 years) and loosing their unique selling points. Apps are all very good but a phone needs to be able to do the basics well. BB was the king of email management, so why reduce the functionality on your flagship product. Welcome to mediocrity.
