I don't get it guys. Looking at the raw specs this phone lays somewhere a notch above the galaxy nexus and way below comparing it to nexus4 and sg3. it's just to expensive and massively outgunned for 2013

Can anyone tell me why do we need 2 Gb RAM for smartphon e.Is that bcoz Blackberry OS is less optimized such that they made 2 gb hardware cover it up?
How about the performance , any hang ? can you compare performance speed of blackberry with windows and android?

The reason it is so expensive is it's new and like all new handsets there is a certain amount of hype and this pushes the price Up. The Nexus 4 is very hard to get at the RRP price as there is very low stock, my brother just sold one on eBay for £460. The Z10 will come down soon.

Okay, decent hardware, nice OS... Can't wait to get my hands on it. But I've been hearing some distressing news. Apparently BIS will only be used for BBM and not for on device browsing. This could be BAD news for Blackberry because a lotta people (especially in developing countries like here in South Africa) get BB's solely because its cost effective. Data prices are ridiculous out here and having an uncapped option for a flat monthly rate is a godsend. A lot of folks won't get this due to no uncapped data. A shame really... People were hella excited but with the hefty price tag and the lack of uncapped BIS, could spell losing out on millions of BB10 users... Me, personally would rather wait and see how BB stack up against the upcoming flagships from Samsung, Sony, Nokia and Apple...
