In my device 1 mobile market and Amazon app store is not working.. it aLwYaS says no connection.. even other apps also say no Internet communications.. wtf.. its very annoying.. if anybody facing same problem what solution did u found? Plz help me out guys.. am feeling so angry.waiting fr rplies.. thanku

I heard they stopped the update due to some issues and will continue as soon as fast...
Finally BlackBerry hurts a lot at the end with update...

take off your battery and charge you phone without the battery for 1hr, after that fully charge your handset with battery installed..it works

I use Z10 STL100-4. This phone is USA based but I am using in India. I haven't got the update. Can someone assist me on this please? I don't know if I take to service center in India and if they could update it. OTA I am receiving it. :(

after update os latest version. my phone automatically switch off when my battery level 50-60% ... it is occurring after update . any solution why it is??

It is during This time when you go to shopping on Amazon App of the new OS where you will notice the imperative of LTE technology comes into being. It is so quick it is close to God's lightning when it thunders in an afternoon rainfall. That amount of small money you have used to purchase the bundles, goes a very long way. You download at least two heavy serious applications because Vodacom sells the customer fifty megabyte to utilise for sixty minutes. But all these requires your Blackberry 10 smartphone but I recommend the Z10 it does everything in style and it is quick. I have downloaded many applicationz on Amazon app and I am talking about premium applications. Is your network like my network in my country,go for the service and begin to use your new OS to your own benefiting

It is to our understanding that some of the owners of the Blackberry 10 especially the Z10 when the OS is finished upgrading and downloaded they interfere the process by switching the device off manually so that it will reboot. This results in the mulfunctioning of the device and the possibility of some applicationz deleted. The process must not be interupted or whatsoever.

This is a strange situation. When you bought the handset it was preloaded with the new OS but again it now has returned back to the old OS. Strange brother very strange. Just wait and be patient,your handset will be upgraded to a correct platform soon it is a glitch with a strange technical error
