In my device 1 mobile market and Amazon app store is not working.. it aLwYaS says no connection.. even other apps also say no Internet communications.. wtf.. its very annoying.. if anybody facing same problem what solution did u found? Plz help me out guys.. am feeling so angry.waiting fr rplies.. thanku

I ve been using this phone for 2 years.
Everything runs fine, except for the battery. I need to bring Powerbank eveytime, not a big deal anyway.
BBM is just perfect.
I am thinking about Q10 or Q20, they are look so cool to me.
To a person named anony**** that complaining about compass, maps, and others thing that annoy you, I feel sorry. And about that BBM, you are Not forced to stay ON. You stay ON from the BBM bcause Z10 is not an iPhone or Android Based phone, alrite? Get ur head chilled and be smart. DO NOT use blackberry if u wanna bE ON be OFF in that.

After upgrading to OS 10.3.1 my handset continued to function right,in fact it became even better. I am sorry to hear that with others after upgrading to the new OS,their BBMs started to misbehave. Mine didn't give me any hardship instead it got upgraded to a new developed higher BBM. To me the update is the best news ever happened I just like it

I cant take it anymore, not only is it impossible to log out if BBM and other privacy violations, but also the maps are the worst and cant be used, and on top of that Z10 has a defective compass, which caused me to take the wrong direction on the expressway and added 150 kilometers to my trip yesterday! Thats the 100-1 model which doesnt gave qualcpmm SoC, just try under various conditions, the compass is defective on all of them. I had z10 for 1 year now, i been patient but now im no longer taking their crap, this is not a pgone to trust, it doesnt work as it should and is only suitable fir unemployed third world users who rarely leave their family farm.
Bad cam, bad/unstable 3G signal, defective maps and compass, poor battery, poor camera and the horrible BBM that we are forced to stay on. Its hard to find a worse phone, it has a good display with correct colors but thats the only good thing about it, do not buy BlackBerry phones.
Im ordering iphone 5s on monday, i need a reliable phone that actually works as its supposed to work.

BlackBerry isnt interested in keeping their already few customers so no surprise.

I was hoping that after upgrading my BB Z10, it will be able to make use of xender or flash share for the exchange of files with other phones. but once again I got disappointed. please try and make this phone able to use most android applications. thanks so far though.

My apps hav started having issues one by one, first it was skype it no longer works, now watsapp, it tells me to restart the program and if the problem persists, i hav to keep on restarting ma fon. some one help me inform me why!

Hi,
I bought blackberry z10 20-days ago, With the mobile i got a 10.3.0.**** OS, Somewhere i heard that after reload we gonna get 10.3.1 from blackberry link but it didn't happen,After reload my mobile OS stayed at 10.2.1 whenever i check for updates it says you have the latest OS.
Just wanna know when we gonna get update (10.3.1) in india.
