Fir BlackBerry update 10.3. On ur pc... Open BlackBerry link.. backup ur phone then reload ur device, easy and fast...

Two queries:
(1) Does this handset play 1080p (full-HD) movies smoothly without frame drop or jerk?
(2). Is there an option to manually set the network to 2G only (GSM) or 3G only (WCDMA)? This second feature is not critical..but just wanted to know as it is available on both Android and windows phone

I've been a Blackberry user for the last 12 years now. I own a BB Q10 and Z3 on both the devices i've got the BB 10.3.1 updated and noticed the back and front panel only on my Blackberry Z3 heating up if I use it to make calls the temperature raises high at a point during making too many calls the screen and back panel near camera area get so hot it becomes very hard to take or make calls without turning on the Speaker phone.
I've been seeing feedback from a few other BB users having this issue as well. Can you suggest me the best option, I still got my warranty on the device.
