Anonymous, 17 May 2015I updated my Z30 recently to 10.3, but since then, my batte... morealways charge your z30 with original charger that you receive in z30 box. however if still problem exists than replace the USB charging cable, issue will be fixed. i had same problem before.

Hi everyone I have ordered my Z30 and would receive it soon. It would. 10.2.1 out of the box. So should I update it to 10.3 as soon as I receive it ??? Is it completely safe and no issues would happen . I am Scared cos I am a student n it took all my savings. So anyone having any issues after the update. Or any suggestions.

Magnificent, lower cost now with OS10.3. I trade my z10 plus galaxy A3 with z30. Android can't help me better than BlackBerry

I updated my Z30 recently to 10.3, but since then, my battery runs down quickly /very fast. It doesn't last long as before the update. Even if my data is off. Please help guide me to tackle this problem.

Hello,
I'm having blackberry Z30, i just wanna know that when i'm installing apps from Amazon store applications cant install as it shows that "DONT HAVE SUFFICIENT MEMORY STORAGE" although i'm having around 7 GB of storage on my blackberry Z30, but when im installing apps from Blackberry App store then no problem applications installs easily, my question is why the memory problem is with the amazon app store only.

I've done it many times as I was unlucky to have the dead screen problem. But once you opened the (surprisingly tight) screen from the body, it's easy. There's a tutorial on YouTube as well. So no worries about it.

Parth, 07 Apr 2015Do BB Z30 has the amazon appstore??? Z30 does have Amazon App store which you will get if you have 10.3.1 OS . If you have older OS still you can side load the Amazon app store

Anonymous, 02 May 2015Z30 or lumia 1520?H/W wise Lumia 1520 is better. But if your want to be more productive than Z30 is there (HUB, Toast notification, Best Multitasking,Best Email Client,Android Apps,Keypad that adapts as per your typing style etc).

Q2) Yes Z30 will get OS updates
Q3) Google mail and Google maps do work in Z30, infact Blackberry 10 series Email experience is far better than any other OS(Check the DIGIT magzine Aug 2014 issue)
Q4) Yes you can change the back cover .
Q5) Z30 is very solid and durable.
Q6) Z30 has USB on the go plus it has micro HDMI port wherease Leap doesn't has.
Q7) Services in Pune are extremely good.
