Q2) Yes Z30 will get OS updates
Q3) Google mail and Google maps do work in Z30, infact Blackberry 10 series Email experience is far better than any other OS(Check the DIGIT magzine Aug 2014 issue)
Q4) Yes you can change the back cover .
Q5) Z30 is very solid and durable.
Q6) Z30 has USB on the go plus it has micro HDMI port wherease Leap doesn't has.
Q7) Services in Pune are extremely good.

I am buying Z30 over leap as its almost the same price and I think Z30 is a better phone than leap . am
Q1.I doing the right thing?
Q2. Would it get updates for another year?
Q3. Do google mail , google maps , google maps work in it?
Q4. I don't like the textured back as back cover is removable can I change it?
Q5. Is the phone durable that it would stay in hands for 3 years?
Q6. Give me a reason to but leap over this?
Q7. Is the customer service good in India?
A lot a questions, sorry but I count my money twice before handing over.

I had no problem with mine. nonremovable battery is way better choice for getting more stable battery times. Because if the system diagnose battery as a constant part or it. It's working with battery more efficient.

Hello dear bbz30 user.
I had 1 issue about my bbz30
*i can't turn off my Bluetooth after turn it on , I need to off my phone about 2 minutes then it's ok!... if I restart it still doesn't turn off .
Any suggestions plss
