Bought the phoneme and have it for aabout 3 months, but now all of a sudden it keeps restarting and won't stay on. Can someone help me please

i recently baught my blu energy x plus and i want to use my personal song as my ring tone . How do i go abt doing that? Also i want to set my friends pictures on there contact number can the phone do that if so... were is the option.

AnonD-485548, 07 Jan 2016that is the bad thing, the phone has a very low volume...Have you removed the phone size clear sticker on the back of the phone?. The same happened to me. The volume is great, better than my iPhone.

- open tex message
- touch to type to bring out the keyboard
-tap on pin icon left top corner.right above the letter Q
-slide to second window
-settings
-general settings (keyboard customization)
-key press vibration OFF
And you're done!!!

I've had this phone for 2 weeks now and i believe is a really good phone, it works perfectly for facebook, whatsapp, spotify, instagram and clash of clans at the same time.. that's basically the things that i need in my phone.. battery life is like awesome with heavy use it lasts for 2 days, the con.. the volume is really slow but i fixed it using an app that is called boost volume.. The camera well is good enough.. at least for the price we can not expect more but it takes decent pictures if you have very good light.

I heard really good comments about this model, despite of the bad reviews of the brand, actually I have a Blu Windows Jr phone, and for the price, the phone works great, I just ordered this Blu energy plus, and I think it will be great, a friend of mine has this phone and he says that the phone's battery lasts 2 days with heavy use, like the user above states. I hope to give the same positive feedback for this device.

Love this phone but i have a big problem: i use it in Tunisia, i works great but i'm only connected to Edge and never detect 3g. I tried everything (APN, Change simcard slot, change sim card, contact my telecom provider,...) but no result.
If anyone knows how to fix that, i'll be very grateful :)

I have been using this phone for 2 weeks and up to now everything is great, the battery last for 2 days with heavy use, youtube, messenger,whatsapp, games, music, browser, for the price is great option.

Also how do you get rid of the annoying keyboard vubration? I swear I've turned off the vibrate choice in settings but it's still here even as I type this I've tried nearly everything and I'm very close to pitching it out the window. Advice????

I just received my phone today, and everything is working fine except for the fact that calling doesn't work because I had no idea we had to have a small sim card. Do I need to buy a new sim card or should I just take my phone to a store so they can activate it?
