Hey I just bought a BLU Pure xl on Amazon about a month ago, now the phone won't even start up,is there any solution????

The phone is awesome. I did have some battery problems though. However, I sent it to BLU and got a new one. It's running perfect and fast even with heavy use. I can tell the old one I had was defective in some way but not the new one. The phone is super amazing for the price!

Just so you all know. I have a Blu Pure XL with a 128GB MicroSD XC. It's a Patriot Class 10.
And it works perfectly.

make sure when you first get your phone that you drain the battery all the way down, then charge, don't charge first. That way you will get it lasting a lot longer. This phone has a ton of setting as well, one of the big ones for saving battery life is in the Power Management setting, make sure this is turned on. I would encourage people to play around with there setting, this way you can adapt it to your needs, like for me I have all the advanced features turned on ,example, non touch controls so all you have to do is wave your hand over your phone to turn on or off, auto answer when you bring your phone to your ear, auto off when you close the flap over your phone and so on. Also this phone is designed for high end SD cards and not older ones, so trying to make an old SD card that has very slow speed will only cause problems, like choppy videos or hang ups, maybe lock ups? I also have Pokemon Go with no problems, battery life or otherwise.

AnonD-555102, 01 Jul 2016my phone Blu Life Pure XL keeps shutting down for no reason... moreMeans there is an app the kinda jammed have it flashed or hard reset it that's volume up and power at the same time for a few seconds then u will see some info clear cache and reboot try this first if that don't work do the process again but this time u you would have to wipe the phone and u should be good after

Picture qu... moreOK will give u a few things to do hope one of them helps u when playing games u must make sure all the other app windows are close to many things open can cause that / if u have any of those battery saving apps or battery booster app remove them .phone dont need them batteries are design to discharge no app can stop it from doing whats it's design to do also the games and other apps are updating faster than the phones update so the games will become too much for the phones software these devices are only cellphone but we sometimes use them as a game console that will destroy your device .

Try pushing and holding the On/Off button for 20 seconds and then restart your phone.
