I´m having a problem with mine after a mounth, the phone is always restarting and doesn´t even show the colored screen, only the white one saying BLU Bold Like Us powered by android. does anyone knows how to fix it or had the same problem???

I have a Blu Pure XL and I use a 128GB MicroSD card inside (Patriot Class 10) and it recognizes it perfectly.

bought my blu pure xl from amazon december 2015. Picture quality excellent, very fast, i love this phone. The issue i am having now is after using for 4 mnths, the phone keeps turning off by itself as in it crashes if i am watching a video or playing a game or listening music. Whenever i charge it, it keeps giving me an error saing battery overheating. It Seems to be a battery issue. This was not the case before. Can someone help as i am gettng fustrated as minus this issue, this is an amazing phone.

Please let me know if there is a battery available to buy for my Blu Pure XL, i bought it from Amazon last month, and the battery is giving problem, every minute the phone turn off by itself, I am very impressed with the picture quality, storage etc however, this phone have battery issues, thanks

Absolutely incredible phone for the price. Extremely responsive, very little bloatware (virtually none beyond perhaps Opera and the default TouchPal launcher), decent battery life under intense use (e.g. 3D games), perfectly clear screen, amazing quality of sound over the headphone jack. There are only a few drawbacks, the only major one being the 24 MP camera doesn't have great quality in low-light situations. Otherwise there is the dual rear speakers, while capable of very high volumes, don't deliver the richest sound, and the fingerprint reader will occasionally stop working for unlocking the phone until you unlock via a normal password.
