This is a company that makes horrible cell phones, and has even worse service. If you are unlucky enough to reach someone there they will lie to you and steal the phone you sent back for repair. NOT KIDDING! Spend a little more and get one from a reputable ccompany.

BLU cell phones and the company reps are a wart on the rump of man kind. I have been through 3 in less than nine months. They sent the last one WITHOUT a back. I know the warranty repair guy did it on purpose. We spoke a few times and he is a horses rump! NEVER buy from this company. BAD phones and even worse service!

I've literally had this phone for about two hours. Downloaded a few apps, and was charging it and all of a sudden the screen went blank. Had to hold the power button down just to get the screen to light back up and when I finally got it to unlock it wouldn't stop saying 'launcher has stopped' or something repeatedly I couldn't get to any apps cause the message kept coming back, so I turned phone off and back on a few minutes later and it did the same thing. Rebooted phone as well and am still getting same problem.

I just got this phone like 3 days ago, its not bad but I have already have concerns about it. First it would let me download any more songs, and second I can't take pictures, and I've only took about 25 pictures so far. Please help!? :/ :( :)

i was in the middle of playing a game and the phone froze and shut off it didnt turn back on for a few hours and when it did the phone is blinking on and off and the phone lags big time.... whats wrong with my phone? i even rebooted it and factory reset it multiple times and nothing seems to work

I have the Studio 5.0 LTE on T-Mobile. Everything works great except text messaging/SMS. The character limit is 6. I know they're supposed to be short messages but really? 6 characters? Anyone else have this issue? I heard there is a software fix but can't find any info about it.

I have had this phone for 4 month from simple mobile. My phone works great. My H+ speed is upwards of 4k. The only issue I have had is the headphone output is now starting to quit after a few seconds, the icon disappears and the sound cuts. Other than that, it has been great.

This phone is not good at all.After you download a couple apps your internal memory is full and cant download anymore......Would not recommend this phone to anyone
