I bought this phone a week ago and my screen doesn't work. I didn't drop it or anything like that... The screen shows part of image but it won't let me see the apps on my desktop or the menu... Is a horrible phone!

I was thinking about getting this one but got the 5.0 ll instead. 3 problems i have with it. 1) only 512mb of ram which isn't too bad but ALOT of apps run n run even when stopping them 2) it will not recognize any other earphones i use besides BLU earphones 3) call volume sucks but overall good size screen n phone pretty fast i.e internet or using apps. Would buy one again in the future well another one besides this one.

I absolutely love me Blue Studio..... Everything works great. I'm able to download apps, movies, watch live t.v through my Comcast service with no problem! Only thing is I have dropped my phone & cracked my screen & debating if I should get it fix or purchase the new FIRE phone :-)

Different phone, same company. Probably a good cheap phone, if there were ANY useful instructions. The enclosed manual (also available online) has specs and ad stuff, NOTHING USEFUL. Phone defaults to Spanish (main market?), trial and error just to get English. And I had no idea how I got there. Support is lame, a manual promised, none provided, then "what did you expect?" Support really said that!
Again, some instructions? Maybe better on different models or in Spanish, not acceptable to me. One final word: Samsung.

tacoboyz, 25 Jul 2014This phone can't receive pictures when you're in normal te... moreTake it to your phone carrier and they will adjust the settings just tell them that your phone won't send or receive them and they'll fix it right away! :) I just got mine fixed and now I'm sending and receiving them fine

I can't see my pictures or my screenshots and when I take a picture it won't show up in my gallery.
Why is that.how can I fix it?
Other than that the phone is fine.
