I tried my sim card on another phone just to make sure it wasn't the sim and it worked. So it's the phone and not sure what to do. Stay away from the update in my opinion lol

I love my Blu, but I have one question though; recently on my toolbar space I got a notification for a new version available for the wireless update BUT I don't know if to update it or not BC am scared it might screw up my phone in any way, has anybody update it already???? If so I'd like to know how is it, do you like it? Do you recommended it? Does it a make a big difference?
Please help me am undecided whether to upgrade to the new version or not.

I just bought the phone and tried to install the SIM card. Everything went well, except I got the error message "Slot 1: No SIM card detected". Actually I inserted the SIM card in slot 1. Nothing is inserted in slot 2. And phone call and web browsing look good. I have no idea why I got such error/warning message. Anyone can help?

This phone is horribly underpowered. UI is very laggy and SLOW.

In my opinion, I think that EVERYONE who makes negative comments about the cell phones/tablets made by BLU, should STOP the complaints and just purchase the advanced phone/tablet that you REALLY want! In other words, cease from looking for Cadillac features in a Ford Escort!!

I've had this phone awhile now, and I love it.For the price, it's lacking some sensors(GPS,gyroscope, and such) but I bought it more for its hi-res screen to show pictures. The camera is a let-down,but, better than nothing.Now that I know more about Android,I'll know what to look for in my next phone...

Anonymous, 15 Jul 2015no 3G. Please help Did it just stop working or have you never been able to acees it? Mine has just gone out a couple times to and I just reboot and it works again.

I bought this fone 3 days ago and for some reason my memory card is not reading and wen I save pictures in my fone after a couple of mins the picture is not loading and jus dissapears so none of my pics are loading properly den the wats app voice notes I can't listen to dem wat can I do to fix dis problem
