My Blu 5.0 C does not work in 3G and 4G mobile networks even though it's specs showed that it supported.

I have my Blu for about a year now and recently it started giving trouble. Day by day the apps that are on the phone, for example Facebook , it keeps cutting off and saying "Unfortunately Facebook Isn't Working Right Now" ... and it'll say the same if i click on Messenger or any other apps. What could possibly cause that?

i have new 2015 blu 5.0 c hd.i can not call out , showa roaming sign,but incoming is ok with mobilicity now.it was working ok in the summer time .i am livingand using in the coverage jone in brampton.
can some one help me with this sim card works ok with old sumsung q

I have a blu 5C HD phone and I love my phone but I have a problems with receiving text massages I have set hangouts as my text massages platform but when ever I get a text it goes to massage app and hangouts at the same time, how can I receive text on hangout only?

So I have question maybe some one can answer please I had a pink blu 5.0 c it broke and bought new one same phone but blue this time I had apps on pink one I yryed to re download on blue new one but same dang phone but now says not compatible with this device...???!?? But yet had those apps on old one !!!??!?! With!??

I have one of this phone on it keep telling me security plug not working or mearsure not responding sometimes it just turn off on the battery no slack, I wish some one could email camille_calame@yahoo.com or camillecalame@gmail .com tell me how to fix it..

Dong, 23 Aug 2015I just bought the phone and tried to install the SIM card.... morehi you have to insert your sims card into slot 2 to use it. Hope this helps

Suckatash, 22 Aug 2015This phone is horribly underpowered. UI is very laggy and SLOW.It states right on the box its a 1.2ghz dual core processor which is slow by today's standards. If you thought you were gonna get a quad core beast for under 100.00, shame on you.

Such a horrible phone. Everything is wrong with the phone. When I take a screenshot it "cannot generate thumbnail", when I get a text, I don't receive it till 2 hours later, I don't receive phone calls and will later get asked why I didn't answer my phone! Every single app will have a 'bad manifest' so I can't download anything. Wow I truly hate this phone from the bottom of my heart. I can't even take a bug test because the option isn't available. Wow.
