Problem 1
I am using our Local Carrier slot 2 Sim Telecom Vanuatu and Slot 1 Sim Digicel Vanuatu and always Sim 1 Slot detect network and I am using that but with SIM 2 slot it usually comes out often every evening around 5pm and last for some hours and once I wake up in the morning to check it disappears again.
Problem 2.
I am using 3G network on other mobile phones but with this one it only detect 2G network once I use data connection. When I switch to 3G only network mode only the network bar just varnish and once I change to 2G network mode it always detect 2G .

Had the phone for about 2-3 months now, phone isn't charging no matter what charger I use and when I press the power button the screen flashes and remains off,

Great for gaming and watching videos.When it drops,it can crack badly.the glass fell out the bottom half and half the screen will not work.if you want this phone,buy a sturdy reliable case.

my BLU is showing some chines writing, now it is going on and off, and I started using it two day ago.....what is going on

Just got this phone yesterday. Love it! Yes volume is not what I'd like it to be but other than that this is a great phone for the price. I'm no photographer but I think it takes good quality pics. Download speeds are good. Love the screen size. All apps function perfectly. Keyboard is slightly sensitive meaning I have to press slightly harder than other phones I've used. All my friends want one of these now. I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5.

Can you change the platform on the Blu studio 6.0? Or are you just stuck with what it came with?
i had a used 6.0 but got a new one. They are set up differently. Why is that?

Yes I have the blu 6.0 and I loved this phone I had no serious problems with it but two days ago it just vibrated then turned off and hasn't came back on since.. any help on this?

This phone is a good phone overall. I thought it was me but it's not me the sound is very low even at max level. If they can fix this it would be one of the phones I will give a 5 star and tell people to buy. I hope The Studio Series will build another one just like it but, the specs have 13mp camera, 5mp front both with flash, the new sound the BLU Pure XL has, 2 gigs of ram, 32 gb of storage, card slot up to 64 with the option to us your SD card as primary storage, and the button like the BLU Studio XL, plus the frame like the BLU Pure XL, and battery life too. I would love it. I do everything from my phone so, sound, camera, storage, speed is a must. Hope the BLU Team read the review and uses these specs for the BLU Studio 6.0 HD 2! Another thing could you update the sound on the current BLU STUDIO 6.0 HD phone!

Hi the calibration off my phone has gone to low, it takes alot if time to respond, or at times it dies not even respond.like now I can't attached files cos the button is not responding now,what can I do to make work and to increase the calibration of my BLU Studio 6.0

Leave it be it will turn itself back on and will be fine. Mine done it about a month after I got it but hasnt done it since because I keep it updated.

Jackie, 30 Sep 2015Can i use hmdi on my blu studio 6.0Purchased in Aug.,2015. When attempted to powerON this morning, (operated till last night). the display was surprising - just showing random data in Chinese and on attempting home button, the display exhibited as if the system is re-booting. In spite of 2 hrs waiting, it is not possible to come out of the above display and phone could not be brought to operational mode.
Kindly suggest action. Also pl let me know service points in India. I am from Kerala.
