Anonymous, 27 Sep 2015had phone on charger.....turn phone one it went into Chines... moreMy phone did this same thing Saturday. I chose all of the last items by using the back button to scroll down to the last choice on the list, and then pressing the home button to chose that option. Eventually after choosing all of those last items the phone shirt down and after a few minutes I pressed the power button and it came back up properly

had phone on charger.....turn phone one it went into Chinese writing... can't turn phone off nor can't I get it to power up. Can some on tell me what it did? did it crash or what?

I purchased this phone 3 1/2 weeks ago and set up through straight talk service. As it did not have an on screen "welcome to your new phone" tutorial, I was just beginning to figure out how to operate everything when, BAMN! It updates to 5.0.2. Google play service malfunctioned so 1) I was forced to erase all of my phone (lost all contacts,etc) but 2) not only is 5.0.2 completely different (menu button now is the list of what's open) but my emojis are gone, my set up screens are different, and I STILL have never even heard of OPERA for web browsing until now. The volume is HORRID. I downloaded a volume booster ap tool, but the phone likes to automatically disconnect the app. The phone screen is large and the images are sharp, but the camera is already acting funny. If I were rich I wouldn't have to worry about the issues associated with a knockoff phone, but for the money spent, I expected much better.

I bought the phone 3 days ago! I can't turn off the screen. When I turn it off the screen freezez and is completely unresponsive to touch! Someone tell me how to do fix it!

Didn't know it has no compass when I bought it.
I assumed, wrongly, that all smart phones have a compass these days to help in navigation.
No compass makes getting around a little less convenient when using any kind of map app. You have to actually do some old fashioned 'thinking' which we've lost the habit of doing.

Worst phone I have ever owned!!! The sound is horrible it crashed the first day I had it and lost all my pics.Randomly drops signal has to send messages twice and very rarely able to make a phone call on the first try.

I bought the Studio6.0HD last year. I have hundred of pictures on it that I can not download. My computer can not access the phone. Is there a program to download from the manufacturer that would let the computer open the phone ?

Feeble screen.
Phone dropped (like my other phones have always been dropping)
Small crack at an edge stretched out withing 24hrs. Unlike other phones with cracked screens, the touches don't work, so you can't interact with your phone.
No wonder its cheap

Update to my post on September 3, 2015:
Got update to Lollipop version 5.0.2. The first thing I noticed that I lost my H+ rogers Data connection and now I am getting only 3G despite my various APN settings. Disappointing. To be fair, The Blu Studio6 HD is a 3G phone so getting h+ was a bonus. But still once you get it on the phone, losing it is disappointing.

The speaker is very low, also when I am talking on my phone I can barely hear them speak and I have my volume to the max. This phone is trash no different from my last android... Waste of money

Seriously? People have problems with this phone. I bought Blu Studio6. I am a big fan of HTC - M7, M8 M9+. Got this phone as a temporary replacement for M9+ which came under the car. Blu Studio6 is close to HTC quality as far as the work requirements go. No problems and I am working with Rogers in Canada (Had to enter the new APN settings to make work at H+ in Canada - Will contact company to see why lte and 4G is not working). The youtube videos play really nice - High quality and no lag. Caameram photo quality is good too. Price is $ 275 vs $ 1000 for HTC M9+. All previous apps wok flawlessly (DW contacts pro, mail droid pro, calender pro, whatsapp, skype, messenger, colornote, cs scanner, karls mortgage calculator, flashlight, bank software, paypal, Brother's iPrint&Scan, PrinterShare, Godaddy, Topsview, World clock) and many more.
The best value in phones so far and I have used samsung, HTC, Apple and blackberry phones before. All overpriced for what they do. Let go of Apple iphone when I had to drive all the way to Mississauga, Ontario, Canada store to get the voice problems fixed many times even after getting replacement phones few times. Samsung is just overpriced in what it does. HTC are gorgeous phones and deserves that price for it's beauty and multimedia (Bad unreliable cameras though - purple hue problems.
I will stick to blu studio6 and see how it goes.

Well, Almost a week has gone by and still no problems that I have come across. Yesterday while I was taken pictures at work it kept rebooting. I thought there was something wrong with the camera. Turns out I had the case on upside down. So everytime I went to take a picture I was really pressing the power button.
As far as the sound goes. It is low at first. But it you keep holding the vol. up button you will see a warning pop up. If you press the you can increase the vol. I have to turn it down as it can go real high. I use a blue tooth headset. The sound quality is great. I am still exploying the phon to see what else it can do. The 8 mp Camera on the back has a 3264 x 2448 quality. I am at the present happy with it:). I have a 5.2 Sony experia T3 witch ended up giving my some problems. It would keep loosing icons from the screen. Twice now since Nov. of last year I have the phone go off for no reason. It was in one case 100% full, and in the other about 60% full. It turned off and the red light came on after 10 hours. The battery was dead. After charging it the phone was ok for about 2 weeks.

I bought this phone on the weekend. So far seems like any other phone. No problems to report as yet. Sound seems to be good to me and I like my music. So quality is important to me.

I purchased a blu studio 6.0 three weeks ago..I returned it the next day...sound quality is terrible...now I am reading there are other issues with this phone...I am so afraid to take it back..there is nothing really that can be done...bcuz its a manufacture error..the blu company should just recall all these phones.
