I tried plugging in the charger because usually it lights up and says its charging but nothing happened, I've never dropped it nor has it ever had water damage. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE!

I just bought the blu studio 6.0 HD yesterday, does anyone know if the battery is supposed to take forever to charge, around the camera gets pretty hot and then when I play on my phone it will say thermal cool down, then phone shuts down. I am very new to this phone and don't know much about it.

The problem is we need to stop charging through the PC. Viruses are catch and affect the phone.

I hate I bought this phone new. Paid full price for it is not loud enough even on speaker. The older model is much louder. Had it for a few months dropped it one time the scream cracked none of the main bottom buttons work anymore went several places to get it repaired and no one can get part yet to repair . what the what not pleased at all.

I upgraded my blu studio 5.0 to the 6.0 or what I thought was an upgrade. This is perhaps the worst phone I've ever used! Does not hold a charge when you can even get it to charged up, becuz the port seems to not fit any charging outlet. Saving as well as posting images is a joke. Missed text, bad call reception & the list goes on. Don't waste $ on this device it's not worth it!

I would say that Blu phones are good at times I wouldn't buy another one at all. My phone stops working at times and don't turn on until I plug it up and then take it off. At times my phone want come back on after 5 mins pass then it will turn back on. I really don't like this phone and I have the Blu studio 6.0 d651u hd this phone isn't good none of the blus are good

girly girl, 03 Jun 2015suddenly people ant hear me talk when making calls. Any advise?I can only answer my phone with the ear piece were can I buy a speaker for it. Other than that my phone work fine

I quote same here I have a blu studio 6.0, the music keep stopping when am playing it from my memory card. Don't matter which player I use its the same problem. It stops and continue about 5 seconds after, repeatedly. Please assist in fixing

Ive had my phone for a couple months now, the battery has never held a decent charge and now the charging port is not working right. I will be looking at other phones. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying a phone with blu.
