nmlady, 24 May 2015I just received my phone...not connected to service yet. Re... moreHave my phone less than a week ...the screen was covered in Chinese symbols and making weird sounds.. I had to hard fa Tory reset it to get it to work needless to say my Sim card was not being recognized had to get a replacement today.

Do not buy this phone one drop and the whole left side is not working and I had a case on the phone do not buy this phone it's just not worth it

Since the latest update I cannot send nor receive pictures. Now all of a sudden I can't send regular messages. I'm truly pissed

I have a blu studio 6.0, the music keep stopping when am playing it from my memory card. Don't matter which player I use its the same problem. It stops and continue about 5 seconds after, repeatedly. Please assist in fixing

When you get your home screen back, click on reboot instead of shutting it off. And remember not to touch the volume and power button at the same time.

I've only had my phone for 2 weeks and it's already DEAD. It would only stay charged for maybe 2 hours and die. Plus I got a message that my battery was overheated and to remove it. How do you remove a built-in battery. And for the grand finally,,,it won't even power up to come on just get a buzzing sound and flashes of light. #sodisappointed

I have had the BLU 6.0 for a month now. . .I can text but cannot received responses from some of my contact. Most have said they have received my text, but I am not receiving their responses. . . any suggestions?

Please help me fix this problem, am having problem with my Internet network it always at edge and makes my browsing very slow, can't even download and upload, I send it my network operating office buh they said is about the phone, I set it 3G buh always at edge it makes me worry a lot, please help me fix this!

I just received my phone...not connected to service yet. Really confused as to why it gets stuck and goes through this weird chinese character cycle and a horrible noise and flashing. Does anyone have an answer to this delimma? This has happened twice when I've turned their phone on.

My phone will not charge while powered on. I'm using blue box and blu charging cable. If I power phone off and plug into charger it recharges. I have also tried other chargers. Any suggestions?

To access volume adjustment on these phones, you should go to setting, audio profiles and hit the bars on the General which will take you to the volume from where you can control all three volumes: rigntone, notifications and alarms. After adjusting, you hit ok to save and get out.

I already install SoundAbout, which was supposed to fix it; but it does not.
