My phone is brand new but my battery dies fast is that normal also does bluetooth work cause ive tried to bluetooth my stuff from my samsung to the blu and nothing

Smh at this phone, 13 Apr 2015Phone went dead. Came back on with Chinese letters what do we doIn order to recover when the screen goes blank and the Chinese comes up,you need to hold down on the power button for about a minute or two then it will automatically go blank then turn back on to the normal screen.that's what I have been doing.

Hello, I got the blue 6.0 only three weeks ago and it has stopped working. I have charged it completely and it does not power on and will not turn on at all..has no damage and was working fine up until last night..any one else have this problem? Thanks

Can anyone pls help me..I'm unable to share photos via wasapp and MSN..it worked for a week and stopped three days ago..at every attempt I'm told download failed but I'm able to converse via the same apps only can't receive or send pics anymore..secondly how can I adjust the volume on he phone whilst talking to some one?? The volume is only clear when I switch the phone to my right ear...thank you

Can anyone help me pls...my phone won't share any pics via wasapp or MSN anymore...only had it for two weeks now and it stopped... Ant exchange pics with anyone via any app...the volume is just the worst...how do I adjust the volume when in conversation??
