I've only had this phone for a few days and it was working just fine this morning, but I tried to make a call just a few minutes ago and the person on the other end couldn't hear me. I tried again to multiple other friends after turning the phone off then back on and still the same result. Is it just done for and do I need to get a new one or what? Does anybody know?

Got the phone 3 days now. Its working fine but the volume is a bit low anb also no indicator lights.
Does any one know have to get the led lights working for the notifications?

Hey can someone plzzz help me??? When i jus got my blu studio 6.0 hd i could listen music and lock my screen n see what song im listening to..now i cant see the songs i listen to on my homescreen!!! What did i do wrong? Can someone pllzz help me with changing it back?

Turn the power on and so far it runs perfectly. I found the phone is user friendly. I watched Netflix movie and picture was great.
The manual doesn't show much so you have to press the side of screen for other option.
Example: deleting contacts.
When putting the SIM card, power off the phone, then insert the SIM card or else it will not read it.
It is very simple to transfer contacts from any phone if you move or add your phone
contacts to SIM while your SIM is still in your old phone.

Phone is an OK phone. Crashes when trying to play some games. Screen sensitivity is decent, but sometimes it is too sensitive. Battery life is a fail...I wish they could have improved that. Speakers do have moments when it drops the volume to a near quiet level.
Overall for 150 dollars, this phone gives you exactly what you pay for...A big phone which is NOT a galaxy. Hate to break it to everyone, but if you are expecting fast processing, good use of power apps....then you want a different phone. This phone is good for the basics only.

I just woke up to the same problem. So I held the Volume up & down & power button simultaneously. Then release the volume buttons while still holding on to the power button and it shut down and came back on normally.

I received the phones 2 days ago. On the first day I liked it -- easy to navigate, good resolution, and I said "Wow!" BUT on the second day, it crashed with Chinese characters in it. I can't turn it off, specifications on the screen, etc. So.. I thought it crashed. Since the battery is built in I can't removed battery to reboot.
My question is this.... Is there a way to turn off the cell phone and reboot? I cannot call the phone service cuz it is Sunday. I took 2 year warranty for this phone. Do you think I return the phone or get replacement?

Be careful you don't power it on while simultaneously holding the vol up bottom. That took my to test mode and it wouldn't do anything else. Bad enough it was in Chinese so had no idea what options were there. Had to take it to a repair shop and have them unsolder the battery and resolder it to reboot. Only had it a week.
It's the second Blu I've owned, it was supposed to have dual sims but the #1 slot crapped out. I will never buy another Blu product ever again.

I have had an 5.5 & Now DA 6.0 They Are good Phones its just that the speakers are too low my charger port Is Messed up & some of the games will black your phone out for a few minutes and then restart other than that i like them. Paid 300 each time for my phones

I got mine 2 days ago. It's a good overall phone. Bought for $150 on amazon. For a phone that has a 6 in. screen, 8 megapixel camera and 1.3 GHz core processor, unlocked? Holy shit what a deal. But there are some down sides. The screen is not at all sensitive. The speaker gets loud and then randomly gets quite while playing anything, very annoying. And it has already crashed once. Tryed to play Real Racing 3 and would black out and restart. And when I first turned it on the time was off by an hour. I go to put it on automatic time setting and it already was. So the clock is all fucked up. Plus the thing charges slow. Besides all that, it's a good phone for watching videos/movies, with earbuds in at least. Definitely worth $150. Wouldn't pay any more than that.

I have had the phone for almost 3 weeks and its OK. The speaker is too quite and the camara is not my favorite.. It also froze on me a few weeks ago and made an alarm sound! Then rebooted and has been OK... I would rate it a 3.5 out of 5

This phone is very good the screen is wide good for powerpoints and school / office work and gaming i got this phone about 2 months ago and not a problem...
