I've had my phone for 6days and its been acting up since the second day ive had it. When i try to multitask it would freeze and take a while to load. Know all its doing is my screen is turning black and in have no idea why?. And when I try to turn it off to see if I restart it will the screen recover but it won't even let me turn it off. It's as if the power button doesn't work after a couple days . Got mines off amazon for about $150.00. Thought I would try it out since the reviews were somewhat good . but I regret every cent .

avy, 10 Mar 2015Does a SIM card suppose to come with the phone once u order it?No you supposed to buy your own.T-Mobile, family mobile , simple mobile all will go for this carrier. Others might too I'm not sure

I've had my Blue for 2 months with Metro PCS and I love it. I have had zero issues. I had a Galaxy and I like this one better. Speakers are not as loud as I would like but other than that no problems.

I just got 2 of these for me and my fiance and I don't know what all of u are talking about had phones for about 2 weeks now and have had no issues no freezing no laging nothing they both work great very thin big screen...if I had to meantion one con it would be the charge port is kinda janky and there is no notification lights other then that works good can't beat the price and I have owned a s5 and note 2

I bought this phone by the next day it was acting up, took it back to the store, it started acting ok. The next day same problem, wouldnt turn off android was dancing on the screen and same thing wouldn't turn off, did that for three days, dropped it, it hit my foot then the floor wouldn't do anything, screen was cracked like it hit the ground, this phone is garbage, and cost way to much, it would cost to much if it was $.50. Don't buy it, it was $200.00 and less than two weeks I was buying another brand of phone

This phone is gabitch every thang they advertised about this phone is a lie I've had this phone for two weeks and it won't play my music it won't download videos its slow as hell its not loud the battery not as good as they said it was so if u want a new phone don't waist on this phone its no good and I'm currently on straight talk plan with the t mobile chip in the phone but the at&t chip was just as bad if not worse so take my advise don't do it

Trouble, 18 Dec 2014I just got a Blu 6.0 and I need the sim cards for straight ... moreI purchased the sim card package from Walmart for straight talk. the package has 4 different sim cards in it. One will fit your phone. Either the associate is not qualified or wants to sell a phone. I originally had the studio 5.5. I damaged it and purchased the 6.0 Transferred my sim to the 6.0 NO PROBLEM. works great.
