I Held The power button and the volume key down at the same time and they both worked!!!! You just have to be patient and wait until your phone turns on... man I'm at school right now and I was stressing cause I didn't want to buy a new phone....

POS! This 6.0 is the worst phone I've had since the 90's. Issue after issue just crap.... Does anyone know if there has been any problems with wireless connections? It was working on both blu phones....then decided to not work?

This phone is awesome for the value. Unfortunately The Blu company feels they do not have to have any kind of support for customers online. You can go to there website to get specs and thats about it nothing for support. tooks me hours to connect this to my windows 8 laptop. USB data cable hook up says you need a driver and searching for it online is difficult why doesnt the manufacture provide you with this? Windows does not detect the phone automatically. I'm now on my other laptop with vista and hooked the usb cable up to it and it wont show up on this. Downloaded drivers and tried everything still no luck.. The USB on button doesnt allow me to click it on the phone until the phone shows up on the laptop... Support is garbage on this company.. Oh not to mention me and my wife both own the same phone Blu studio 6.0 HD and they both randomly shut off and reboot... i've contact Blu no reply to my email about these problems... Awesome phone no help when you have problems with them...

jedi, 16 Dec 2014I understand you are unable to see people's caller I.D. upo... moreBrought this pH 21st Dec 2014 put it to charge getting very hot and battery running down fast. Then after 11 days put it to charge again when I check it after there was a crack on the screen.

[deleted post]I understand you are unable to see people's caller I.D. upon receiving calls...it also occurred on my studio 6.0 HD what the problem may be is you may not have saved the contacts. to your new phone..in my case iI used my same sim card from my previous phone into my new one. I realized that the contacts I saved to the card remained....so I saw those persons caller id's but the others you may simply have to resave unto your bku phone and you should have no more problems with caller ids...hope this helped :)

Ritchyritch, 19 Jul 2014it shuts off for no reason and wont power back on for hours... moreIt may have something to do with the settings for automatic. Start and shut off times....explore hour phone's settings a big you should be able to find it easily and switch it back to normal...hope this helps you. :)
