AnonD-532976, 02 May 2016Can someone help me repairs or have a solution to its probl... moreI did a reset and it came right on. There is a tiny hole between the volume up and down. I used a toothpick or a tiny paper clip and pressed quickly and then turned on and it worked. Good luck.

Ok, first of all, let me start by saying that any negative opinion on this phone has to be taken with a grain of salt because for what this phone costs, you get a ton of features that are 5x more expensive with the competition. This phone and the other Blu phones are amazing for the price. Yes, if this phone was the same price as a Google, Samsung or iPhone, then sure, this phone feels cheap and performs less adequately, but this is not the target market for this phone. This phone is for the casual user or the person who is on a budget that wants big features for less price. So yes, the phone is in a plastic housing, it has a lower screen resolution compared to the iphone or google, it has less internal memory but so what if what you want is a lot of bang for the buck. If you take care of the phone it will last you a long time and most likely after a year or two you will want to upgrade but at 100 bucks who cares. For seniors or teenagers, this is an ideal phone. You get your email and texts and you can use the gps navigation which is great. If you are a poweruser, then you will not like these phones because they can be glitchy and slow at times. This phone is a big phone and if you put it in your back pocket and sit down, the screen will crack, simple as that. I love BLU phone because of the price points. Phones should be less than $100 and they are fun to play with. Once the phones get too much over $200, then the google phones start making more sense. But dual sim for the international traveler is awesome.

This phone kept prompting me to do a wireless update, so finally I did, then it kept saying com.phone won't work or something and now my phone won't find service!! Does anyone know what I should do?

Seriously, this phone was great when i bought it from my friend...I loved the size and the big screen. Now 1 year later, its driving me crazy! I have to tap the screen forever when using the keyboard because i keep pressing to type and its either delayed or nothing comes up. The power button is very hard to press, the back camera is ok but the front one suckss! The phone is jus really laggy and sometimes the screen freezes and i cant swipe to get the phone unlocked. ITS ANNOYINGG! Even worse the volume is too low when on a call; i can hardly hear the other person. I need to get rid of this thing

My Studio 6.0 is acting very odd and I have factory reset it and it is still doing the same thing: lagging, freezing and flipping from one screen to the next. Very frustrating. What could be the cause?

confused-girl , 31 Mar 2016I love this phone but I tried to turn it on then it turned ... morepress and hold the power button volume button and the home key until the phone shows a screen with options to reboot, power off and some other things and do a factory reset it should work just fine.

Being 61 with nerve damage in my wrists and hands, have dropped this phone MANY times, so I wouldn't call it crappy at all, and overpriced? My 6 was less than $100, cheaper than my 5 was, so that is not overpriced, in my opinion. Love my BLU, so does everyone that we come in contact with (me and BLU).

Blu's Customer Service is excellent, above par- The charging port was damaged (phone would not charge) on my FIRST 5.0, and BLU send me a BRAND NEW phone! Very Resonsive, I only had to provide proof of purchase (didn't have receipt) and I got new phone in 2 DAYS. After having said all that, lol, my only complaint with the 6.0 is that the volume is not high enough for these 61 yr old ears!
