My Blu 6.0 HD screen lights not turning off before and after I changed the phone touch because the phone felt and the touch had problem,but since I changed it the lights remain on till the battery go dead.

So I need help figuring out why my headphones and speaker okay at the same time. Headphones play loud and everything but my speaker plays along with it. Hellllllp meeee lol

ive bought 2 phones like these. cracked the screen a little on both and coudnt do anything on both. sucks. waste of money

i have blue stidio 6.0HD for the last four monthes but now the power button needs long press to open and the screen becomes off unless getting call from others and pluging the battery charger to the power .please help for this problem.

Victoria, 02 May 2016This phone kept prompting me to do a wireless update, so fi... morethis happened to me after updating to Lollipop 5.0.2, build number BLU_D651_V11_GENERICL 21-09-2015 11:48. Rebooting the phone took care of the repeated com.android.phone crashes, but my AT&T 3G SIM card was still not recognized. I factory-reset the phone (power up the phone holding 'power' and 'vol-' buttons at the same time, then select 'clear eMMC'. NOTE: this procedure will erase all data, including user data, on the phone's internal storage!), but the problem persisted. One day later, I tried using a T-Mobile 4G SIM card, and it was recognized. After that I re-inserted my AT&T 3G SIM card and it also worked. I'm not sure what solved the problem, but some combination of cache/data clearing, rebooting, and swapping SIM cards seems to have done the trick. I'd recommend following the gentler troubleshooting guide at http://thedroidguy.com/2014/04/how-to-fix-unfortunately-the-process-com-android-phone-has-stopped-90124 before jumping right to a factory reset like I did. I cannot for the life of me to get bluetooth to work to my computer! Uninstalled it-reinstalled it several times, also paired it several times, works with my earbud bluetooth, but not thru my computer speakers to play music. What can I do next???

got mine 1 month ago and mine comes with Lollipop already, how is that? can some one explain me why I cannot upgrade it via OTA but if you purchase a new one comes upgraded
