Debbie, 26 Aug 2016I just did the update on my Blu 6.0 HD now says sim turned ... moreHad the same problem too after doing a wireless update. I did a factory reset which resolved the problem, but now I can't access playstore or gmail. This is just crazy...

Same problem here after update last night. Just got off the phone with Customer Service for the 2nd time today. Both times I was 17th caller waiting in line for Support. I think this update was corrupted and they're inundated with calls. I've rebooted twice and it finds my WiFi network but can't connect. Customer Service "helpfully" told me they have escalated my service call and will assure me the problem will be resolved within 30 days. Ha...I'm not putting up with that. No more BLU phones for me.

Bonney B , 05 Aug 2016Had my phone for 15mnths had no prob until now , my screen... moreSame thing happened to me it's the seen brightness turn down too far after a update I fix mine by doing a factory reset and never turn down the brightness again past quarter or it goes dark again

Pls can someone help me on how to connect my phone BLU Studio 6.0HD to 3G network because each time I try to change it from (2G \ 3G auto) to 3G, the network will disappear but when I change it to 2G/3G auto it will have network and it will now show E sign instead of H+ .... it will not browse am using MTN network to browse

I am 60 years old and have had my Studio 6 LTE phone for 1 year 1 month & 2 days when the camera stopped working. It was not mishandled, dropped, had liquid on it or any other problem. The camera was lagging the previous day and now would stop when being opened, before the view was seen, giving an error message. I tried the deleting cashe, data etc. with no success & so took it to Geek Squad. They went through the same steps and even reset the phone to factory settings several times to no avail. I called Blu and they would only offer a $30 rebate on another phone despite it only being out of warrrenty just over a month. We liked the phone, my husband even purchased one a couple of months ago, but with such customer service I will not buy another. I did not pay $283 for a phone for year!!!

Igor, 30 Jul 2016I have the same phone.I am trying to reset it .Doesn't work... moreHold the volume button & the power button at the same time, but this will cause you to lose
all contact info. that you put in your phone. Also, your phone MAY show lots of "Chinese Characters" that can be quite confusing. THERE IS A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE FOR RESETTING THE BLU STUDIO 6.0 HD PHONE. Good Luck!

Whenever I try to make calls on my Blu 6.0HD it keeps saying I reach my call limit. But I don't see anything about call limit in the settings
