I purchased the cat S62 a week ago and have liked it this far. The only issue I have is during an outgoing call it rings out if the speaker phone rather than the ear piece until someone answers and then switches back to the ear piece. It only does it with the normal phone app and not with 3rd party apps. I can't find any settings or info on this issue. Any advice or help would be great, super annoying.

The phone has no audio jack. So I bought an adaptor Type-C to 3.5mm jack in order to use headphones but nothing happened. Can't figure it out!

Very bad experience with this phone, i can t exept more than united kingdom phone, but it has poor quality audio, bad camera, thermal not better than other like ulifone or blacview,poor signal, i will return to huawei.

Mine have very poor low volume microphone, is only me ? Compared to my old p30 pro is very low volume microphone, when I record video I must speak with high voice.

Just scheduled a return for refund of my CAT S62 Pro. Bluetooth, cell, and wifi keep flickering on and off in high traffic areas. Phone constantly crashes and goes semi-brick (Have to hold PWR key for 20 seconds to restart.)
Gonna put the refund towards Ulefone Armor 11T and see how that works out.

Thermal camera refresh rate is too slow and resolution also is lacking, there are better addon cameras supporting up to 30hz 640x480 imaging. MWIR spectrum could be even better than LWIR, hope this comes with advances in graphene CMOS camera's that are insanely sensitive whole range of useful EM waves.

*battery smaller
*no laser
*no VOC Sensor
*no 3.5mm jack (!)
*cpu from the 20th century

The hardware is kinda ok, but not without troubles. Software is neglected by CAT. Otherwise nice rugged phones, but alas because of the above mentioned things i will skip any CAT.

Had this phone for around 3 months now . Last few weeks it stated giving me crap.
1 when i get a phone call and answer it . They can hear me . I can't hear them. It an intermittent fault. Doesn't doesn't do it all the time
2 the usb c connection has gone faulty for the rapid charge . You have to hold it in a certain way .
When the battery goes flat and you plug it in . It doesn't know it being charged and won't do nothing. Get hot at bottom of Phone. To get round this issue unplug it hold power button for around 10 seconds it will restart .then you can bang charger in to it and it will be fine
Thermal camera is good. . If i had another choice i would go for a samsung galaxy again . Only had this for the thermal camera
