Anonymous, 22 May 2021Look again..the cast s62 DO have face rev for screen lockIn "settings"->Search I can find "Face unlock" but this shortcut don't work properly.
In "Device security" "Screen lock" only "Pin, Pattern, Finger print and Swipe"

Anonymous, 18 May 2021I was thinking of buying a Kate s62 but I was confused afte... moreHi.Depend on what you want.If you like the Cat phone,with termal camera,you must buy the S62 pro,because it has the best termal camera on the market.Also comes with 3 year security update,1 major OS update, and long lasting battery.Otherwise you must opt for the Cat S42,which is rugged as others,but without termal image.This model comes also with 3 year security update,1 major OS update,and 2 days battery life.

I have the Cat S52,and i received 3 days ago the latest update,marked 5th April.I received that with inserted sim card.If you have issue make e restart of your phone,or send an email to Cat support.

Now 0... moreHi.The Cat S62 pro will received update every 3 month,so i think by the end of May,you will reveived the new security patches.Don't worry,as you i have a Cat phone,the S52 model,and the latest update is from 5th january .So,the new update is behind the corner.Thank you

The last Android Security update from 1 January 2021. Now 03 May phone show me warning red icon in Phone Security.
My phone didn't see updates with inserted sim-card. Phone without locks or root.

I understand your disappointment with the UK I'm from EU and I find it quite sad too....
But Cat or Caterpillar Inc. is a brand from the USA, so feel free to buy the smartphone if your really want it or need it!

I was actually interested in this phone for it's thermal camera, but after finding out that it's a UK brand, I don't want it anymore.
They wanted out of Europe, as a result, personally I will boycott anything from the UK!

Hi, I have a solution to the microphone problem on the S62 Pro. The problem is that the microphone from the hands-free kit mutes the main microphone. If you are not using a hands-free kit, use tape and close the microphone on top of the phone. Start working properly immediately. I had this problem on my Lumia. And now in the new s62 pro. This is embarrassing !!

Hi, good morning, I bought a cat S62 pro, but unfortunately for me, the phone is very slow and the thermal camera was good at first, but over time, the image has dropped and there is a problem with the antenna, and updates for applications are very bad. I was very good, I even went underground, the antenna was great, but I do not know why it happened to me, if these things are solved, the phone is really great and I did not get it, the thermal camera is really great, God willing, my problem will be solved because I am a really strong fan I am a cat and I will be
