Hows the coverage, is it w... moreHi.The Cat S62 pro,is not intended for the US market,because of the weak coverage.The other model ,the S61 is a old model,and did not will received more update,because it's a 3 year old phone.Don't worry,Bullit group will launch this year a new Cat model,for the US market.So,you must wait beacuse the launch is around the corner.Thank you.

Does anyone use this in the USA? Hows the coverage, is it worth getting or should I get the s61. Also, is it gonna be made better for US towers?

Salzar007, 10 Aug 2020As if it will be shipped to every region Sent this phone back. If you have it on speaker and the other person does, all they hear is your voice followed by static, chirping and old record style static.....gutted as I live the thermal camera but the week specs and poor sound quality (and no face unlock) means ilI just can't keep it.

Not happy with it. Bad microphone (Evan after update done people complain they dont hear me) and worst of all its i cant use two sim cards. Doesnt recognize the second sim.

Bought an S62pro after I had an S60 to get a better phone and ir-camera. It has been so much trouble with this phone.
1. First of all, people cant hear me when speaking. They tell me that I "disappear" all the time.
2. The phone turned off by itself and I was not able to turn it on again, even if the battery was allmost full. It was not until when I got home and plugged into the charger I was able to turn it on when I connected it to the charger.
3. Now the phone has stopped ringing when the display is turned off. The support then tells me to turn off the "Do not disturb"-mode.... OFCOURSE I have turned it off! And now I have not heard from the support in three or four days. I am missing several calls every day! That is devastating, especially as self-employed as I am.
Any help out there on this? (especially nbr 3!)

The only other issue I've had is that the fingerprint sensor has given up on me. I'm waiting for a replacement at the moment.

My CAT S62 Pro switches OFF automatically many times and can't switch ON yet the battery is 97% for example. It will only be activated when connected to a charger. What could be the problem?

KD, 26 Jan 2021Microphone issue. Soo same problem, talking to my mum, once... moreI had the same problem with the mic during a call. I disabled the mic authorization in the settings of the telephone app. Now it's fine. Seems the mic authorization is just for the upper mic to use noise cancelling.

About the temperature -5 C thehe rise message "low temperature" /appears, there is a limitation of some programs. What about a professional phone ?! Only Florida !? :( :( :(

Microphone issue. Soo same problem, talking to my mum, once she hear me ok, once cant or really bad. I found dat the way you hold your phone, change microphone quality. For example if i had phone close to my mouth Perfect, couple inches away microphone fades away, and person you ring start to complain about sound put phone close to your mouth/face problem gone. No issues at all

I have problems with the microphone the other part cannot hear me good they make noise

A few month after purchase, the microphone is not working well. The other part can not hear me. I try to get this fixed trough cat, but not easy. Waiting many days for them to send me a shipping label. The phone is very expencive, the service is not good. But when the phone works its OK. It should have been bigger battery, only 4000 mAh, my cat s41 have 5000 mAh.
