hamdo.iz.gorazda, 04 Jan 2021for this price... sorry mates but never!!!way to expensive ... moreHi.The S62 pro is a niche product, and it's not for every one.For the price side,it's not so expensive, because only the termal camera cost 300 €.In addition of that this Cat model has the best thermal camera on the market.Thank you.

My cat S 62 pro 660 euro from oficial web site CAT , November , problem microphone 🎤 , people hard hearing me :( , for good speaking need switch speaker . I not happy for this phone.

mbear, 17 Sep 2020Hi Codeplayer, Could you write a little bit more about you... moreYes, its totally worth as a successor to S60. The thermal cam is with better resolution and overall performance is a huge improvement over S61, that was a huge improvement over S60. It is possble to use either dual SIM or SIM+SD-card. I am using 512G card, so it can handle those. It just has no exFAT support just FAT32, so you are stuck with no larger files than 4G on your memory card. It has fallen face flat on stones and in many ways that got me worried, but it still looks and behaves like brand new. Its weakest part is its bad loudspeaker, but if it is something you can live with, its an excellent phone. There are some isuues with bluetooth, but that might be my cars fault. Sometimes it does not reconnect to the car, if I won't turn Bluetooth off for 3 seconds and then back on. Other than that- I really recommend it. Much more durable case than previous versions. The screws on sides look really techy and manly and are very useful, if you are the kind of person that wants their phone to open in reasonable way for mainteanance that you do yourself.

I have used cat phones many years, despite of many problems I have been happy with thermal camera and robustness. Now I have s62 and first time I m in situation where I have to change brand. Because it's noise filtering system works so bad that others just don't hear me. During 3 month I have get 3 new phones by warranty but it's seems to be clear that it's not possible to repaire this model. So bye-bye CAT.

Sadly a huge downgrade from a S61 (i own both), no headphone jack, no laser and no gas sensor, no new actually useful gadgetry BESIDES the fingerprint reader. Te thing is dubbed as a work phone, cant see how that could be a thing. Battery is small and some features are limited (like the programmable button or the indicator light). Compared to the previous phones this is a children's toy for your son/daughter to play with. Overly expensive for its medicore performance and options. I will not be buying any more Built group phones in the near future.

And not only the phone is 810H which is pretty high... But it is both IP68 and IP69 and there's nothing above IP69...
                    You are a liar.

The new generation iPhone has best-in-class water resistance, being able to dive down to 6 meters underwater for an hour! What about rugged Cat PRO? Only 1,5 meters for 35 minutes ... Cat, are you joking?

Is there a reason why we aren't seeing 5g either? Seems to me that all phones above 800$US have a way to include 5g capability... Also very upset that the camera is still only equivalent of 5yr old technology.
Seems like someone is trying to pass one over on us, is the interior of the case filled with foam so that it will float too - as that's what I'm thinking happened to all of the previous S61 options that were purged from this Pro. Apparently "Pro" means "LOOK AT THE FLIR UPGRADE!... Ignore all the other stuff we removed"
You would think when you attempt to create the 'deathstar part 2' , it would be all around better version of the death star, not just a repackaged and painted hype-toy.
                                      Thumbs down.

I used S60 and upgraded to S61 which was a very good phone. After that, I moved to S62Pro. After almost 2 months, I didn' t find any solid reason which can argue for me that Cat S62 is a good phone compare to S61. Despite a modern look- but who needs that for this kind of phone and a very good thermal camera, the rest is DISSAPOINTING. Photo camera is weak, I felt that is weacker than S61and lack of sensors is a BIG downgrade! Ok, no air sensor, humidity and temperature, no laser, but why not a barometer? I am really thinking to sell it and come back to the S61 until Bullit decide to take in consideration users opinion and release an updated phone. NOT A JOKE ONE.
