AnonD-666880, 04 May 2017Happily I bought cool pad Note 5 (Space Grey, 32 GB) in the... morei purchased coolpad note 5 in jan. 2017. now its charging manager not working . when i contacted to an authorised cervice centre in tirur they are not recieving coolpad phones saying that the coolpad company not giving services of their phones !! there are many coolpads with them but company not responding on time. so they returne all coolpads.
it is a clear cheating . we have to take legal actions against it.

Alarm inbuild sould is very low. If i select my own mp3 which is not playing at the set time. It is playing its own tone which is in very low sound. I am totally upset in Alarm.

I'm facing Internet problems in my cool pad note 5
It gets fixed by restarting the mobile .. how many times to restart in a day. Any one can solve my problem .. pls reply

I am used Coolpad Note 3 that is what a fantastic I feel
But I am buying new Coolpad note 5 this is phone is many problem if you will use 2 Sim not use memory card use memory card not use second sim plus Paytm camera is not working

I think This phone company is a froad company ...all mobile set is fullfill with many types of problem.....When any person gave his phone to repair of service centre ,after giving her phn they never get back our phone.And when custmer want to bring our phn ,the employ of service center say ti him your phone is not coming now and say contact service centre after some time ....And this type of process carry on always ...

This is not a network issue. I am facing the same issues. When I was using the same sim card in a second sim on 2G only, phone was working well. But since i have started using sim in first slot with preferred option (4G, 3G & 2G), I am facing this issue. I have been using Idea network since long in other phone but never faced such issues

Hi have bought the mobile on 03/05/2017 one day only i used the mobile on second day(05/03/2017) i can't nothing able to view in cool pad note 5 mobile screen "Cool pad powered by android..I got so much of frustrations,please don't buy this phone and don't waste your money.
