Happily I bought cool pad Note 5 (Space Grey, 32 GB) in the January 2017 through Amazon at the cost of Rs.10999/-. Within three months my phone is dead. so I gave it to the service center at Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. In the service center they told me that the battery is not working, we ordering the new battery in Chennai, it will take around 20 days. when i call the service center, they always telling the same reply, "the battery is not coming". still cell phone is in service center.
Is purchasing the new cell phone is punishment?
This is my humble request, don't buy this type of cell phones. totally money waste. Loss of peace.

I had bought my phone on 23 april 2017 and it has lots of problems such like every time we get a message that Unfortunately Cool Manager has stopped amd many a times call drops. Extremmely dissapointed with my new phone

Garry, 27 Apr 2017This is ur network issue, not a phone problemThis is not a network issue. I am facing the same issues. When I was using the same sim card in a second sim on 2G only, phone was working well. But since i have started using sim in first slot with preferred option (4G, 3G & 2G), I am facing this issue. I have been using Idea network since long in other phone but never faced such issues.

I purchased a Coolpad Note 5 in march 2017.Since then I am facing the following problems with the phone -
1. During a call I am not able to hear the other persons voice.
2. Some time other person could not hear my voice.
3. I am not able to receive the call by swiping.
4. Lots of Call drops.
Waste of mony. Useless phone. Its basic functionalty if calling does not work at all... Please dont purchase this and wate your money. Fraud company.

Just go to settings, go to cellular networks, choose your preferred sim card, go to network mode choose, and click 3G only. As I said it is simple. No need to worry

Coolpad note 5 is worst mobile I seen ever, mobile camera on text is totally blur and WhatsApp not support properly.

Coolpad note 5 is nice phone
I never face any problem for 5 months
But battery is weak only about 3000 mah not 4010
But its better to use..
