I purchased Coolpad note 5, but i m sorry to say that it is not working properly. Even mobile network is not functioning and finally it has become useless for me . I really did wastage Of Rs 11000/- I request everyone to please never purchase COOLPAD mobile phone.

Inbuilt app Theme of this mobile contains Exploit and cannot be removed.

I bought this mobile from Amazon. It's really great handset because of High Configuration low budget. JIO VoLTE working excellent, Touch excellent, Battery 1.5 Days, No heating issues (When I bought Coolpad note 3 Plus it's having little bit heating issues), Excellent Fingerprint Sensor, Rich look Display, No Hanging issues, Camera both very good.

Anonymous, 06 Jan 2017Veryyyyyy gud phone than mi note 3I am using this phone for more than 8 weeks. and its quiet good. 4 gb ram works really well. i am a hardcore gamer but it never lets my games lag(10/10). i dont use camera that much but its enough for me to take good pics. front camera is better than any other mi phone in this price range(8/10). battery is good it can last for more than 24 hours if you use normally. but games consume lot of battery. still a 6 hr backup when i play continuously(8/10). phone doesnt heat normally that much but if you use it while charging it heats a lot.(6/10) and you need to buy curved screenguard for this. overall its a (8.5/10) phone. for me though.

i really got very horrible experience from coolpad service centre, mic problem having to my new coolpad 5 handset, i submitted to service center , they keep more than 15 days and returned back saying working fine, but same problem having in handset of mic, i dont know which type of service given by coolpad service center ,handset already having problem of mic, i am just waiting for positive response from service centre, or may be want to go to consumer court filing complaint on this same issue,
